In 2023, Ella Resorts will be operating a portfolio of 6 lifestyle amp; family resorts on the islands of Rhodes amp; Corfu, offering exceptional quality and service excellence. We are seeking to hire:

Payroll Administrator / Accountant

Your role

• Collects electronically timesheets
• Prepares employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
• Schedules bank payments, distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
• Prepares employee contracts to be signed upon recruitment
• Submission of all Ergani forms (recruitment, dismissals, contract expirations, farewell, part-time contracts, internship forms, work programs, etc.)
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
• Informing employees about leaves (regular, sick, etc.) and other work requests, guidance in completing all relative forms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics
• Professional experience minimum of 3 years, preferable in Hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Well-organized, able to meet timelines with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent knowledge of Greek Labor Laws and regular updates
• Strong knowledge of Epsilon-Net payroll program
• Good knowledge of ERGANI
• Ability to handle confidential information
