We are looking for a motivated, talented and highly productive Creative Web Designer to join our highly skilled team.
As a Creative Web Designer you will:
- Meet with clients and turn client’s ideas into a comprehensive creative brief
- Research to gather information about the industry trends, competitors and other relevant factors to inform design decisions
- Develop unique and innovative design concepts and high-quality designs for websites amp; mobile apps
- Manage, design and contribute to libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements
- Present projects to clients for feedback and approval
- Collaborate with others, including UX designers, UI designers, project team members and stakeholders
- Inspire team members and guide the artistic design of a project
- Manage and lead multiple projects efficiently
- Keep on top of projects, milestones, deliverables and deadlines
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital projects and a portfolio demonstrating your creativity in digital experiences
- Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
- Experience with design amp; prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD etc. (we work on Figma)
- Experience with design system
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good organization and communication skills
- Passion for all things UX/UI and an eye for detail
Will be considered as plus:
- Experience with usability amp; accessibility practices
- Experience with Photoshop amp; Illustrator
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Atomic Design
