Job Description

As our Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support sport club managers in the onboarding process of their clubs and make sure that as long as they use myTeam they get the most out of it. Furthermore you will need to record any issues and requests and collaborate with the product team about addressing them. You will be playing a crucial role in the development of myTeam and its customer satisfaction strategy.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to optimize their daily operations with our SaaS platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure client satisfaction and success, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion of services, and work with the sales team to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience working with sports academies or related organizations will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English Language
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
