Your main responsibilities
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations.
- Ensure that all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the properties’ business.
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
- Create and develop pricing strategies and manage all third-party distribution.
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
- Analyze overall monthly sales performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
- Need to work closely with other departments to ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented on daily basis.
- Manage hotel sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Management.
- A master’s degree would be considered as an extra asset.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with Revenue or Reservations preferably within Marriott International
- Fluency in English
- Opera knowledge
- Experienced Booking Engine user-preferably WebHotelier
- Highly organized and detail oriented
