About the Job:
We are looking to increase our global Technical Support coverage, with an additional Technical Support Engineer providing enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, helping our customers install and operate our systems. You will also have close collaboration with the development team to give them feedback, help them understand the problems, and identify solutions.
