About the Job:

We are looking to increase our global Technical Support coverage, with an additional Technical Support Engineer providing enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, helping our customers install and operate our systems. You will also have close collaboration with the development team to give them feedback, help them understand the problems, and identify solutions.


The Technical Support Engineer’s responsibilities are:


  • Provide instant technical support via chat applications
  • Remotely connect to our systems to troubleshoot issues and collect logs
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Properly report open issues to internal teams (hardware and software engineers)
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

  • Proven experience as a Technical support Engineer in the IT sector
  • Hands-on experience with Linux OS CLI environment
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
  • Cross-disciplinary engineering aptitude (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
  • Familiar with SQL
  • Great knowledge of the Spanish language
