KORRES is looking for a dynamic Business Development Account Manager to join the APAC Region team. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating export activities in new and existing markets, leading to the development of an efficient international sales network, with the following key responsibilities:


  • Manage the relationship with major international customers of asian markets.
  • Maintain and further develop the key accounts of his/her responsibility; achieve turnover and profitability targets according to the company’s growth plan and strategies.
  • Constantly review customers' performance and monitor their work. Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
  • Liaise with a multitude of departments to meet the goals set (Supply, Legal, Marketing, Finance).
  • Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated and results oriented individual, with positive attitude, resilience, highly developed interpersonal skills and also qualified with:


  • University degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Science or any related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA will be considered as an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position is required
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • PC literacy (MS office)
  • Solid analytical skills and strong aptitude to work with figures
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Achievement driven spirit with enhanced business awareness and critical thinking
  • Ability to spot new trends within the market to generate new opportunities
