Job Description

Found.ation is looking to add a member to its Innovation Team. We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager to help develop and scale key projects and services of the company. They must be tech-savvy, have experience in relevant fields and understand the concepts of innovation, digital transformation and business training. The candidate will be expected to have excellent project management skills and be involved in all company’s activities centered around our main business pillars: startup amp; innovation ecosystem, business transformation, business training, and EU-funded projects.

Responsibilities

      • Organize and manage multiple corporate and EU-funded projects with a wide variety of clients and partners across all of Found.ation's business pillars.
      • Work alone or as part of a team to design projects, implement objectives, and handle communication with project stakeholders and partners. Be accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes that meet project goals.
      • Lead day-to-day project management activities, including but not limited to monitoring deadlines, reports, costs, time plans, and resources.
      • Be an active Found.ation ambassador for innovation, technological education, and digital transformation. That includes taking part in industry events and conferences and actively networking in the sector.
      • Participate in the development and preparation of proposals for new projects and services both for corporate partners as well as EU-funded projects.
      • Foster relationships with strategic company partners.
      • Communicate effectively both within the organization, as well as with external partners (academia/ research, freelancers, industrial partners, public authorities, etc).
      • Assist in the operational and procedural aspects of the Project Management Team, creating and drafting processes and policies, to ensure team alignment and capacity building.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or another related discipline. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of innovation projects or EU-funded projects.
  • Very good project management skills and ability to work on own initiative, maintain pace and be responsible towards clients.
  • Sound organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Candidate should be very digitally aware and technologically savvy.
  • Good analytical and strategy development skills.
  • Ability to get people on board.
