Job Description

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.15bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a Credit Operations Officer, to efficiently and promptly assess proposals standardized loan products or customized solutions for retail and corporate individual and/or entities.

Reporting to the Credit Operations Manager the role has the following responsibilities for serviced portfolios:

  • Credit assessment and analysis of financial data for retail and corporate individual and/or entities;
  • Collection, statistical and quality evaluation of TEIRESIAS data;
  • Assessment on credit risks for received and evaluated applications (approval rejection) on a performance/risk basis;
  • Recommendation of Restructuring loans to the competent Credit Committees, following review of credit memos, restructuring plans from consulting agencies etc;
  • Assessment on tailor made solutions based on customers’ affordability amp; willingness;
  • Preparation of advisory reports concerning high-risk loans to Credit Committees; and
  • Proposal of eligible legal actions for secured loans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or other relevant field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of banking experience in credit analysis and credit approval policies amp; processes;
  • Experience in workflow platforms, amp; debt management systems;
  • Solid knowledge of applicable legal frameworks (L3869/2010, L4738/2020, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in high pressure environment, on an agile delivery plan with exceptional attention to detail;
  • English fluency and strong communicational skills, both verbal and written;
  • Good Knowledge of Ms Office.
