Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) Systems Analyst to join our team in revolutionizing the construction industry through the use of cutting-edge software technology. As a BIM Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining and improving our BIM software analysis, systems and development workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess current BIM processes and systems, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for software analysis
- Develop and implement BIM standards, procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM into software development project lifecycle
- Train and support BIM users, ensuring their effective use of BIM tools and workflows
- Monitor BIM system performance and provide ongoing maintenance and support
- Ensure BIM data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across projects
- Participate in project planning and design phases, offering technical expertise and advice on BIM solutions
- Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in BIM technology and recommend new tools and solutions as necessary
Requirements
- Technical University Diploma (3+ year) or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM)
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Understanding of Agile project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and support users effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
