About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Accounting Intern to support our financial accounting operations with day-to-day transactions. The Financial Accounting Intern's responsibilities include but are not limited to processing payments to external partners, maintaining updated cost reports, and managing invoices. Ultimately, you will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time while ensuring controls are in place and accounting policies are being followed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily preparation of sales invoices
  • Communicate with clients about issues with billing
  • Monitor invoices to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Support the Client Service Team on finance related issues
  • Optimize usage of payment platforms
  • Assist the Finance team with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests


Requirements

  • Graduate /student of University /Technological Education Institute of Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
