To support our Human Resources team, we are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner - Logistics, to oversee all human resources operations for the Warehouse amp; Logistics Department.
Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices, employee management and organizational changes and be able to act as a consultant to senior managers.
Requirements
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Ensures the proper implementation of manpower planning, recruiting, talent management, learning and development.
- Establish a very close and trustful relationship with the Wamp;L Department to push topics such as employee retention, feedback cycles and career paths.
- Manages HR projects, aiming at facilitating the target achievement of the Wamp;L department.
- Continuous and systematic development of the organizational structure and HR processes.
- Provide HR policy guidance and participate actively in their implementation and further development
- Identify training needs for Wamp;L teams and individuals.
- Suggest new HR strategies.

- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
