Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the issuance of all invoices to customers.
- Responsible for controlling the fiscal conformity of all invoices.
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Reconciliation with Customers
- Responsible for monitoring all payments amp; collections in cash and Post-Dated Checks amp; safekeeping of the respective means of payments.
- Communication with the relevant departments of customer service and credit control in order to resolve any open issue with company’s customers.
- Works closely with the customer service on the daily operations of orders amp; invoices.
- Handles requests from customers related to accounting.
- Accountable for the proper everyday operation / utilization of the ERP system
- Assist with Audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant fields
- Minimum 2-3 years professional experience on the Accounting and Finance area
- Very good knowledge of English (Fluent)
- Excellent use of MS Office, especially on Excel
- ERP knowledge (NAVISION will be considered as plus)
- Good Knowledge on local tax amp; accounting environment
