About the Role

Sales Operations at Hack The Box is responsible for sustaining the global revenue operation mechanism, by keeping sales-related data organized, reducing frictions, optimizing processes, and by generating useful reports. This makes SalesOps at the center of Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Success, and Account Management, with the main goal to streamline everything.

Right now the team consists of one individual located in the US, and now that we have the basics in order, we are ready to grow the department! Apart from taking care of the sales processes and the CRM (Hubspot), Sales Ops Analysts will generate reports and useful insights for various stakeholders, starting from heads of departments and reaching the C-Level (primarily our CRO).

The exciting part of this role is the global aspect. You’ll be diving into SaaS Sales data from all over the world while making sure the global sales team is well-equipped to exceed their quotas.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have previous experience in Sales Support and be comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, and have precision and the ability to tell stories through your reports. It’s an 80% tactical role, leaving some space to have more strategic impact, as you grow in the role.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain CRM data and input (users, accesses amp; fields auditing)
  • Document sales processes
  • Generate reports and identify important insights
  • Conduct internal research within the organization to gain business insights across our global sales team
  • Assist sales team in research and prospect targeting - enhances CRM data utilizing manual research as well as zoominfo/LinkedIn enhancement tools, sometimes with same day delivery times must be confident in data accuracy
  • Participates in sales team meetings to obtain relevant action items

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales support role, preferably in B2B environment
  • CRM experience 1+ years (we use Hubspot)
  • Experience with creating reports, and dashboards
  • Ability to analyze the data and generate actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Willingness to obtain Hubspot Certifications (inbound, marketing, and software) within the first 30-90 days
  • Experience with google’s ecosystem
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, ability to create pivot tables and connect data with some syntax (support from SalesOps Manager will be provided)
  • Clear understanding of data integrity and its importance in official quarterly results
