Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated Technical Support Engineer - Wireless Systems to join a team of future shapers.
The successful candidates will be involved in the technical support of our innovative packet microwave and millimeter-wave radio systems, used in front-haul and mobile backhaul transport of 3G/4G/5G networks, as well as in fixed wireless access broadband systems. Responsibilities also include implementation of respective projects for customers located in various locations worldwide.
Requirements
- University or Technical Education Institution degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other relevant field
- Knowledge of RF propagation theory
- Knowledge of L2/L3 networking amp; protocols
- Hands-on experience in Linux
- Availability to travel abroad
- Fluent in English (oral amp; written)
Desired Skills:
- Experience in deploying wireless systems of any kind
- Experience in configuration and verification of Layer 2 and Layer 3 services in switches and routers
- Experience in using network protocol analyzers and traffic generators
- Knowledge of Excel and MS-office
- Knowledge of 2nd foreign language (Spanish, French, Russian, Italian)
