Senior Consultant - Outsourcing and Bookkeeping - Accounting and Tax Compliance

• Manage accounting, Finance and Tax compliance Outsourcing activities to clients
• Preparation of statutory Financial Statements under the Greek GAAP (IFRS optionally)
• Preparation of corporate tax returns, (VAT, CIT, Withholding, Stamp duty etc.)
• Advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements
• Propose accounting and tax treatments on several complex matters
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client
• Lead and coach the team that will be consisting of Juniors and Consultants level practitioners.

Requirements

• Prior working experience on a similar role as an outsourcing or bookkeeping practitioner
• Prior working experience in managing a portfolio of clients
• Prior experience in designing of processes in accounting departments and relative procedures in order to mitigate potential risks
• Involved in projects regarding accounting transformation and/or migration of ERP system
• Knowledge of ERP (such as Softone, Entersoft, Epsilon HyperMisthodosia)
• Experience in supporting tax compliance and statutory audits performed from audit firms and/or competent tax authorities
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Auditing or related disciplines
• Ability to work independently and handle strict deadlines;
• Experience in managing and training team of entry level practitioners.
• Expertise in applying Greek GAAPS (L.4308/2014);
• Advanced knowledge of Tax legislation (L.4172/2013, 2859/2000 etc.);
• Professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;
• Computer literacy.
