The role:

Our People team is growing and we are looking for a HR amp; Office Coordinator to help us support the brilliant team we have built.

In this role, you will be working very closely with our London-based HR team while reporting to the Head of People Operations and together you will be managing all aspects of HR and our office in Athens, Greece.

This role is the perfect fit for someone who already has some experience in HR but wants to get great exposure, learn and get their hands dirty.

In this role, you will:

  • Be our #1 HR person in Greece: You will be the face of the People function in Greece and you will be looking after the brilliant team we have built in Athens.
  • Look after our GR employees throughout their Causaly journey: You will administer the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between; from running our monthly payroll to assisting with any people issues and helping with travel arrangements for our greek team.
  • Be the champion of our HR system (HiBob): You will maintain our HRIS and ensure all new starters/changes/leavers have been processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Create an awesome workplace for employees: You will be in charge and manage all aspects of our office; from collecting our mail to ordering snacks. Your mission will be to ensure that we have a lovely office that is fully-equipped and accommodates our employees’ needs.

Get stuck in: You will support our team on day-to-day operations and all exciting new projects that we will be launching.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

As the first point of contact for all office and HR matters, you will have a consultative approach in the way you work and interact with others. You are a natural relationship-builder, effective and analytical on the back office but confident and able to build trust with our employees. You are a great multi-tasker and know how to comfortably work with ambiguity. Ultimately, you are energised by delivering service of the quality to all our employees and by making our workplace the best it can be.

Required qualifications/experiences

  • Prior experience in a HR/People role in Greece
  • Great knowledge of Greek employment law
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience working for a start-up would be a plus
