Main responsibilities:
The Job Holder will be reporting to Brand Activation Manager, having the following key Accountabilities:
Responsible to identify HORECA outlets, events and high traffic venues that can support company’s B2C activities Negotiates with relevant stakeholders and achieves closure of deals that will maximize brand awareness and ensures KPIs are met based on cycle plans Builds relationships, develops a business strategy, and maximizes business opportunities for company’s products within Athens and other main cities in Greece Proposes branding of areas in cooperation with BTL agencies and ensures excellence in execution according to brand standards Ensures installation of engaging materials and execution of engagement mechanisms Opens and identifies alternative channels of sales, supporting the whole process from the wholesaler the outlet Monitor performance and frequent follow ups with correcting actions Assists in management of BTL agency personnel (B2C hostesses) and tracking on a day-to-day basis sales performanceRequirements
- Sales experience with a proven track record of deal-making and business development (1-3 years)
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Established network of outlets will be considered as plus
- Fluency in Greek amp; English (written amp; oral)
- PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up
