Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract an Ramp;D Administration Associate to join our Innovative Formulations team at Pharmathen’s Metamorfosi premises.

As an Ramp;D Administration Associate, the ideal candidate will assist Ramp;D team members by supporting them with planning, supply and stock monitoring of the facilities and will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Ramp;D warehouses, as well as the stock accuracy.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Daily stock monitoring in all Ramp;D warehouses through SAP system and excels
  • Periodic update of the Ramp;D stock amp; preparation of relevant records for accounting department
  • Manage the material requests and transfer from site to site (through SAP system)
  • Assist sample preparation and shipment processes to other company’s sites and/or external partners
  • Order of materials (excipients, APIs, standards, reagents, impurities, columns, etc.) and equipment/instruments for Ramp;D activities
  • Maintain and follow all laboratory systems GLP
  • Maintain analytical and formulation equipment and instrumentation
  • Communicate with external suppliers or service providers regarding quality and technical issues

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • University or college degree or relevant
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse facility or relevant experience will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication in English language (writing amp; speaking)
