Job Description

The Training Coordinator supports the Lamp;D Manager with day-to-day tasks, develops, facilitates and conducts training programs based on the annual Training calendar, keeps all files and logs up to date and is responsible for monitoring the completion of training for all associates. In addition, the coordinator organizes and facilitates events for associates and ensures the well-being and development of the team.


  • Organises and facilitates trainings and takes care of all the details and communication for planning and conducting them.
  • Conducts trainings for associates on specific subjects
  • Acts as a Brand ambassador, ensuring policies, standards and company culture are promoted and followed by all associates
  • Manages all online training systems as well as Marriott systems and oversees all required updates and completions.
  • Participates in the organization and coordination of all Well-being events for associates, actively participates in the events, ensuring success.
  • Manages the Associates’ social media channels and ensures all updates are done in a timely and creative way
  • Organises and actively executes various informative campaigns for all associates, (Hamp;S, Brand Activation, company culture etc.), using all information channels and personally attending meetings to present and promote them
  • Supports the Learning amp; Development department with all office tasks such as appointments, preparation of electronic materials for training, such as presentations, lists, etc.

    • Enthusiastic and Positive attitude
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills (ENG amp; GR)
  • Confident in presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in contemporary training methods and proven record of training execution
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with all levels of associates
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with LMS systems
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Knowledge in the hotel and hospitality sector will be considered an asset
