ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, one the most well know companies of the country, with leading presence in B2B amp; B2C sectors of electrical equipment, energy management solutions and others, is seeking to hire an Infrastructure amp; Security Manager,?for its premises in Athens
Workplace location: Athens, Northeastern suburbs (On-site model, Corporate Car provided)
What you will be doing:
- You will manage all functions related to Infrastructure and IT service delivery
- You will understand business cycles amp; you will ensure the smooth running of recurring business processes
- Manage the IT support office and the IT infrastructure and operations team
- You will manage user demand for IT services and oversee their successful delivery
- You will provide technical leadership, create, and manage infrastructure design and standards in line with the IT strategic plan and roadmap
- You will manage the implementation and improvement of IT infrastructure projects
- You will properly and systematically manage change initiatives to ensure the availability, performance and reliability of systems affected by change
- You will organize, supervise and develop the support and infrastructure team
- You will leverage resources, reduce TCO, integrate services amp; study cloud opportunities
- As a decision maker, you will decide which technologies to adopt to meet future business needs, prioritize the project, assemble the project team, assign resource allocation, select the vendor, propose IT systems purchase using the approved IT budget, etc.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant fields
- 7+ years of working experience in IT with various roles
- 3+ years in Supervising IT infrastructure Teams or a relevant role
- Excellent IT technical skills on server, storage, network, security, voice, cloud services, server virtualization and business continuity and disaster recovery
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills and Teamwork oriented
- Excellent command of English language
