We are looking for a talented Senior HR Manager to join Out There Media’s international team, to drive and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
About the role
As Senior HR Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional business leaders to actively become a trusted advisor and contribute to the development of the corporate culture. From day one, you will assist in developing strong teams and will lead the structuring and optimization of HR processes along the entirety of the employee lifecycle. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing solutions and improving HR processes and policies in partnership with business stakeholders to address priority business needs
- Keeping a strong pulse on employee engagement and morale, and creating and managing HR programs that reinforce and enhance strong ties
- Managing and developing the full-cycle recruitment process and strategy, to ensure the successful and efficient hire of top-talent
- Creating and executing strong employer branding that aligns with company mission and values
- Developing, setting up and implementing an OKR strategy
- Assessing training needs and creating the training and development plans by ensuring they are of a high standard
- Counselling employees and managers regarding conflict resolution, performance improvement, and talent management
- Ensuring compliance and be the go-to-person for all issues related to HR
- Working closely with the Finance team to manage corporate payroll
- Managing processes and supporting people around the globe (e.g. OTM's teams in Europe, Africa, Asia)
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience working within a HR environment, ideally an international fast-paced and ever-changing start-up and environment
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in human resources management or a related field
- Proven experience in defining and implementing HR frameworks independently, with measurable outcome
- Experience in creating and managing training and development plans company wide
- Understanding of Greek labor law and payroll practices is desirable
- Ability to work in a structured and focused way and to tackle several projects at the same time
- Being a natural people person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech savvy and have very good knowledge of the entire MS Office Suite
- Excellent command of the English language
