SoftOne is looking for a Legal Associate (In-House) to join our talented team.
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to SoftOne’s business and specific industry.
- Identifying legal issues relating to SoftOne’s new and existing products and services.
- Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and reviewing company policies and procedures.
You will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with SoftOne’s commercial departments across all countries of operation.
Your Qualifications amp; Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm and/or inhouse
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a prominent, well-acclaimed law school abroad or in Greece
- Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership)
- Extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Full professional fluency in English
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
