Service Desk Engineer

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Service Desk Engineer to offer his/her services at the company’s headquarters in Athens.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Work as part of a team of IT engineers providing desktop support to corporate users:
- Installation amp; Support of desktop infrastructure amp; software;
- Provide technical support to corporate users;
- Manage and Monitor Desktop Security;
- Collaborate with the corporate IT team with respect to roll-out of new IT services.
Requirements
- The candidate should have a foundation in desktop hardware amp; MS Windows;
- 1-2 years of experience with desktop/laptop hardware;
- Experience with Windows Server Management and Virtualization an advantage;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
