Within this framework, we are looking for a highly motivated "Work Force Management Tool Operator to join INTRACOM TELECOM.
Responsibilities
- Plan and assign work orders to Field Workers
- Approve work and deliverables of Field Workers
- Feed site survey data per customer building into WFM
- Follow-up of Materials’ delivery to Field Workers and their inventory monitoring
- Monitor progress during entire life-cycle of each work order (site survey data upload, allowance for construction, construction, as built documentation upload, site acceptance)
- Close any open issues in WFM after work orders’ completion
