Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an Exports Officer for the Exports department at Pharmathen’s Sapes premises.

As an Exports Officer, the ideal candidate will coordinate and administrate exporting activities.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with customers for the products’ delivery, take offers from transportation companies and monitor the exported products’ preparation
  • Provide customers and Transportation companies with all the necessary documents, for export orders dispatch, (Delivery note, Invoice, Packing list, e.t.c.)
  • Coordinate Letter of Credit, processes between Customers, banks, and Pharmathen accounting dept
  • Support QA dept., on Customer complaints investigation
  • Organize customers’ returns
  • Be responsible for exports filing

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Logistics or relevant field
  • MSc in Logistics, Supply Chain will be considered an asset
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Incoterms, International trade rules and regulations knowledge
  • SAP (MM, SD), MS Office expertise
  • Familiarity with WH operations
  • Letter of Credit handling
  • Forwarding market operations handling (Sea, Air, and Road)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written amp; Oral)
