The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with great enthusiasm for the event ticketing industry to join our team in Marousi, Athens (on-site). Working within an agile team, the Business Analyst will join forces with the Product and Software Engineering Team and be responsible for analyzing the business needs, identifying automation opportunities, and leading the design and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The Business Analyst will be expected to design and implement new processes, features, and power apps while they collaborate across multiple workstreams and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for developing automation solutions using RPA tools
- Develop documentation, including process flows and user guides, to support the implementations
- Create and document testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals
- Run user and regression tests to ensure high product quality
- Monitor and track the performance of RPA solutions to ensure they are meeting business objectives
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges with RPA solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest RPA technologies and best practices
Technology
The team is currently using Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Sharepoint, Jira and numerous other enterprise tools like Intercom. Don’t worry if you are not proficient with all of them but basic understanding of the functionality that they provide is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on designing automated processes
- Good understanding of basic programming principles and technologies (including JSON amp; html)
- Practical understanding of algorithms and design patterns
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience and Discipline with Testing/QA
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft PL-900 or higher Certifications will be considered a plus
- Coding knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodologies
