We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Technology Business Development Specialist to boost our sales, increase and establish strong relationships with our prospective and current clients and identify opportunities for growth. S/he will have the drive and dedication to develop and apply an effective sales strategy, partner effectively with the Chief Technology Officer amp; internal departments and achieve sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines and executes a sales strategy for the Ambience Technology Division focused both on the satisfaction of our customer needs as well as our intended growth
  • Achieves and exceeds client acquisition objectives including analysis to find opportunities and challenges with existing clients
  • Runs full sales cycle from prospecting/qualifying new sales leads, managing incoming/outgoing calls amp; emails on new business opportunities, preparing and delivering proposals/presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities
  • Converts leads into satisfied customers acting as the main interface with assigned prospects, partners, and clients
  • Contributes to building a robust Technology Go-To-Market strategy, services features amp; capabilities, and post-sales commercial support
  • Develops and establishes long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Negotiates and ensures timely implementation from contract to solution delivery of all solutions provided
  • Focuses on customers’ experience and their pain-points and devises ways so that these can be addressed by Ambience Services
  • Prepares sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provides trustworthy feedback to our clients and after-sales support.
  • Tracks and updates all sales activities’ information and keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, IT, or relevant field
  • Proven sales experience of at least five years preferably in a business or sales function of the IT industry at a vendor, distributor, or reseller
  • Familiarity with technological products and solutions, especially Microsoft Power Platform, Cloud, Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity
  • Drive for results, advanced negotiation amp; presentation skills, and track record of successful sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer at the center of focus attitude and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Proactive and able to work under stressful amp; uncertain environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Very good knowledge in English
