We are looking for an Insights Analyst who can extract meaningful and actionable insights from raw data. The ideal team member should proactively identify business opportunities from complex datasets and present key takeouts to senior stakeholders with low supervision. What you’ll do:
- Work closely with teams across efood to understand problems and come up with creative data driven solutions.
- Present amp; communicate your findings and influence business stakeholders in their decision making process.
- Provide internal clients with in-depth understanding of data that impact their critical business processes/decisions, explain complex or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Contribute in expanding the team's analytical knowledge, acting as expert and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and our customers.
- Support the continuous improvement of our analytical framework and toolset, proposing new approaches and challenging the status quo.
- Liaise with other analysts and efooders, exchanging ideas and knowledge to improve performance.
What you’ll have:
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering)
- MSc in Data Science/Business Analytics or similar quantitative field will be considered a plus
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to solving problems and presenting solutions
- Expertise on SQL and Python or R
- Experience using Data Visualization tools (ie Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau etc) to present useful insights
- Ability to write well-documented, reusable code
- Self-driven, with excellent interpersonal (verbal and written), teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in both Greek and English language
Awesome if you have:
- Experience on cloud computing (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services)
- Familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning Algorithms
- Familiarity with working with APIs and Git
