About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing amp; Communications team.
The ideal candidate would have a strong storytelling ability and passion for transforming corporate information into clear, cohesive, well-paced narratives that inspire and educate our key stakeholders - top business leaders from across the world - drive product awareness and generate qualified leads. As a B2B Content Marketing Manager you will be leading all B2B-related content strategy for Dialectica’s external and internal communications channels, as well as product copywriting and sales collaterals. You will report to the Marketing amp; Communications Manager while partnering with the Head of Business Development, and working closely with the Client Service and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B content marketing plans
- Research, write, edit, and publish original content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, infographics, guides, podcasts, videos and content tools that support all stages of the funnel
- Create compelling business development collaterals from presentations and emails to leaflets and landing pages
- Develop content using multiple formats (video, blog, e-books, webinars) and channels to generate qualified leads
- Produce captivating thought leadership content, based on data and insights, that can be used for PR campaigns, including contributed articles.
- Develop content for internal-facing communications
- Stay on top of industry news and competitive developments to bring fresh content ideas to the table
- Monitor content performance and report on content analysis, metrics, and KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in content and/or communications (in-house or at an agency)
- Experience in any of the following industries is preferred: consulting, financial services, information services, SaaS
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proven content development and strategy experience across multiple formats (e.g. written, video), presentations and digital channels (i.e. blogs, webinars, landing pages)
- Advanced SEO skills
- Ability to use imagery to help tell a story
- Experience with any of the following would be considered a plus: Salesforce, WordPress, Photoshop, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Medium, graphic design
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
