Job Description
ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of its client, is seeking for a competent Senior HR Analytics Consultant amp; Invoices Specialist to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help guarantee the company’s revenues. You will handle the processing of issuing invoices according to clients’ contracts and the analysis of HR metrics according to company’s procedures. In this role you will act as first-line contact for our clients. This team is cross trained not only to be experts in understanding where data is, how to query it, and how to deliver it, but also in helping new clients onboard to our scaled self-service platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Timecard processing, includes resolving errors and preparing for issuing invoices
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of obligations to company’s customers
- Provides accurate, timely, and professional support to customers
- Coordinate the flow of HR-related information including data entry, retrieval, standard and ad hoc report generation for the department
- Manage compensation and benefits for employees through suppliers’ negotiations
- Applying payroll regulations in our payroll and billing process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of experience with an emphasis on business reporting and analytics
- Experience working on/with cross-functional teams and providing project management support
- Experience with data entry, data management and investigating in an information management system or complex database
- Solid attention to detail and process orientation
- Problem structuring and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient with Excel
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
