Job Description

OKTO is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the company’s headquarters in Athens. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

Requirements

  • Communicate and update when needed the Company’s recruiting policy while communicating it to the business in an efficient manner
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications while making sure to get a detailed motivation by each manager on the necessity of each requested job role
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/college pages etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Manage outsourcing agencies
  • Screen and shortlist candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated by preparing their New Employee Orientation Agendas in collaboration with the various teams.
  • Conduct focus groups and understand New employee challenges within the employees’ first semester in the company
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Perform reference checks where needed
  • Attend, organize, and communicate internally various career fairs.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties including team bonding activities, answering employee various HR inquiries, assist with ad hoc HR tasks, and participate in various HR projects like Annual Employee Performance Evaluation.

Benefits

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruiter or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Experience as a Technical recruiter will be considered a plus
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Expert computer skills
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Total attention to detail
  • Strong enthusiasm and a desire to learn
