About the Role
As a Business Ops Lead, you will be part of a new business unit with a vision to create a comprehensive and accessible platform that helps our users find, understand, and track companies that matter to them.
You will be joining an exciting new team with an ambitious mandate where you will get start-up experience within an established business amp; brand.
What you’ll do
Content generation
- Contribute to content generation efforts by personally conducting expert interviews
- Enable the scale up of content generation by collaborating with new team members and cross-functionally to ramp up interview capacity
Expert operations
- Design and oversee expert recruitment operations to enable a strong flow of interviewee participants
Client feedback/iteration and business development
- Lead customer advisory group working sessions to elicit product feedback and inform product roadmap
- Contribute to initial sales efforts of the product
Product development
- Contribute to technology/product feature development
Other contribution to the new business unit's success
- Since the role will be part of a new business unit for Dialectica, the nature of this opportunity is entrepreneurial and there will be the opportunity to contribute to shaping the product with contributions in many different functional areas
Requirements
What you’ll need to have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience in leading customer feedback sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong team participation skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
- Be passionate about building a new product and excited by the unknown
- Be a results-driven team contributor who is able to effectively manage their time while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude
