FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing Greek scale-up company and be part of the Commercial department. Sitting at the heart of the company, you will be involved in all aspects of the vehicle sourcing process, supporting strategic planning, supply chain and commercial analyses, and commercial and sourcing processes and operations.
Position Summary amp; Responsibilities
The Commercial Analyst will be part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director. The role’s key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Define market level strategy and support pricing operations
- Research market trends and competitor data to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports to assess the performance and impact of commercial decisions
- Build models for demand, sales, sourcing, and budget forecasting
- Communicate data analyses and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Documenting existing processes and documentation and making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Analyzing supply chain operations and cross-functional processes amp; partnering with managers to better understand business goals, develop strategies amp; ensure successful implementation of improvement opportunities
- Assisting in strategic partnership projects discovery, analysis, and implementation
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years professional experience in a relevant position
- Background in Business Intelligence, Operational Excellence, or relevant position
- Advanced excel skills
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Google Sheets will be considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance from a top-tier university
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and spoken)
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, with an eye for the larger picture and long-term implications
- Ability to work cross-functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
