We are looking for an experienced Access Management Analyst who will report to Internal Controls Officer and Group COO about access management issues and will be actively involved in the process of access requests management. Moreover, he/she will be responsible for updating/maintaining the access management database in collaboration with the responsible personnel (Data Owners, System Experts etc).
More specifically, as an Access Management Analyst, you will:
- Create and implement a framework regarding Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Access Requests handling (e.g. policies, procedures, approval flows, flowcharts etc).
- Ensure processes, controls and relative frameworks are understood, monitored and adhered to.
- Evaluate on a regular basis the Access Management Database and act accordingly to meet business along with security needs (e.g. new users, new/updated business roles, new system roles to be created due to new system in use, SoD conflicts, 4eyes’ principle etc)
- Evaluate Access Requests regarding Groups’ Systems and Databases as part of Access Management Procedure.
- Support the annual access re-certification process
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- 3-5 years of IAM or Audit experience as well as working knowledge and hands-on experience with market leading IAM solutions,
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete projects under tight deadlines,
- Ability to identify business risks and design mitigating controls,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team,
- Willingness to research emerging issues, including regulations, methodologies, industry practices, and new technologies,
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks’ development and implementation,
- Experience in Business Roles Management, aligning business needs to technical capabilities and access models
- Understanding of fundamental IAM processes and controls (JML processes, Approval Workflows, Certification Campaigns, etc.)
- Solid understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, etc.),
- Security-related qualifications/certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are desirable
- IAM/PAM-related vendor/technology certifications are desirable (SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, Saviynt, CyberArk, etc.) are desirable
- Hands-on experience in roles’ administration, access provisioning/de-provisioning, etc. is desirable
- Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Information Security, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Informatics, or other similar and technical areas would be a plus
