Job Description
Q Real Estate Services (QRES), member of the Qualco Group, is a Real Estate Asset Manager with operations in Greece amp; Cyprus, offering value enhancing solutions relating to real estate assets.
QRES is looking for a Asset Management Analyst to join our Real Estate Asset Management Department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and gain exposure to high-profile clients in the real estate sector.
Role:
- Perform analyses of real estate portfolios;
- Set up a data analytics system to monitor and control asset management operations;
- Operate internal monitoring software platform for the asset management of the portfolios;
- Prepare analytical report to all QRES clients, depending on the client’s needs;
- Coordinate the brokerage and promotion of assets that are earmarked for disposal or auction;
- Operate and update the company’s website for the promotion of the real estate assets;
- Undertake control of the real estate portfolio, indexes, stats, administration and accounting procedures;
- Ad-hoc preparation of internal reports and data analysis;
- Prepare information memoranda and teasers for real estate assets or projects to which QRES promotes or acts as an advisor;
- Assist in maintenance of financial models;
- Participate in the project management team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering or Real Estate field;
- 0-3 years working experience in a real estate, consulting or finance related firm;
- Advanced presentation skills;
- Advanced excel skills;
- Financial modeling skills will be appreciated;
- Fluency in Greek and English language;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments;
- Ability to work independently and with speed.
