Operations Lead (Full-time, Remote)

Job Description
We support cancer patients across Europe and beyond, throughout their journey, with interactive online platforms that help them improve their quality of life based on the latest research amp; scientific evidence.
In parallel, we work with the industry in order to (a) accelerate cancer research (b) understand patients’ journeys, and (c) build services that empower patients in and out of the hospital.
This is where you come in: we are looking for someone to lead our Operations and support the management team in order to improve our services to patients and the industry through activities like the following:
- Project management and process improvement
- Content management (e.g. content updates)
- Platforms management (e.g. new service design amp; deployment)
- Metrics and reporting (e.g. service performance reviews amp; improvement plans)
- Data analytics (e.g. identifying gaps amp; opportunities).
We are flexible regarding the location and specific hours (you can work pretty much from anywhere, at anytime).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of work experience in the following:
- Time amp; Project planning skills
- Strong analytical skills, being highly comfortable with data
- Excellent command of online/offline productivity amp; collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs, Office suite etc)
- Excellent communications skills (in English) in a professional setting
- Familiarisation with web-based technologies
An interest in the digital health and/or cancer domain is not necessary, but can help.
