They are now looking to enhance their strong team adding an HR Business Partner (Production and Distribution).

Mission: Reporting to the HR Director your mission is to align business objectives with employees and management in the designated business units of production and distribution. Your role is that of a tactical business partner for the company. You will be expected to partner with line managers and liaise with all company departments, so as to handle and resolve people related issues or even more importantly to implement the new strategies towards excellence. Your role is pivotal. Cooperating closely with Production amp; Distribution (Pamp;D) line managers, so as to determine and run all current and future staffing, development and administrative needs. Your role is to promote equity, fairness and a culture where people are also customers

Some of your da:

    • Determine all current and future staffing needs in conjunction with Pamp;D line managers
    • Carry out interviews as required, liaising with Pamp;D line managers to determine candidate suitability
    • Represent employer in employee contract negotiation
    • Define, facilitate and assure the implementation of the Annual Training Plan and OC initiatives for the whole Pamp;D population. Guarantee the HR core processes (OMD amp; Camp;B) implementation within Pamp;D employees
    • Collaborate with Company Depts.: Participate in the design and implementation of every project that needs HR involvement, assuring a successful execution from the HR amp; labor amp; legal perspective.
    • Secure a consistent Communication streamline for Pamp;D throughout the Organisation
    • Advise line management on the handling of personnel problems and assists in their resolution. Coach and Advice the management team in HR-related matters
    • Coordinate with the Health and Safety management the plans to be implemented according to legal requirements and business needs
    • Assist in the development and implementation of a broad range of personnel activities. Study and interpret current labor market conditions to assist in establishing policies, operating procedures and negotiation strategies.
    • Participate in the implementation of the HR scorecard (Pamp;D data)
    • Build and maintain long-term positive labor relations with employees and managers. Assure the implementation of the HR Strategy, maintaining a dialogue with employees.

  • Recruitment Agencies and other HR Consultancy Firms, Universities, etc.
  • Mutualities and Local Health amp; Safety Institutions.

  • Other staff functions (Finance, General Services, Marketing, IT, etc).

Requirements

Must Have

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a similar position preferably in a production and distribution setting
  • Professional use of Greek and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Working Knowledge of Labor Law. Especially time management, shift working and haealth and safety

Nice to Have

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management
  • Knowledge of an HRMS
