The Role

We are seeking to recruit for season 2023 passionate, hardworking, generous, and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members

He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, be able to understand our ethics, policies amp; principles, to seize them and apply them.

• Serve as a role model.
• Have an eye for Attention to details.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles by anticipating and addressing guests' service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Be well informed about all hygiene requirements of The Rooster
• Communicate room defects first to our Housekeeping Director and to relevant departments (example maintenance or reception), follow up and report any issues to Housekeeping Director, FOM and GM.
• Conduct inspections of all houses before guest arrival and during their stay to ensure all LWH stands are applied.
• Ability to understand training instructions and apply them daily

Requirements

• Cleanliness and hygiene expertise
• Strong implement skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Internet and MS Office applications
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
