- Support team to reach common goals.
- Be well informed about all hygiene requirements of The Rooster
- Communicate room defects first to our Housekeeping Director and to relevant departments (example maintenance or reception), follow up and report any issues to Housekeeping Director, FOM and GM.
- Conduct inspections of all houses before guest arrival and during their stay to ensure all LWH stands are applied.
- Ability to understand training instructions and apply them daily
Requirements

- Strong implement skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Internet and MS Office applications
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
