SoftOne is looking for an experienced Product Manager Fintech to join our talented team.
Your Role
You will be responsible for managing and expanding a concrete portfolio of fintech solutions (embedded finance ERP modules, transaction automation services, invoice financing, etc.) that are available to Softone’s business software solutions that reach over 75,000 clients. The role includes working with both internal (Strategy, Commercial, Ramp;D, etc.) and external stakeholders (Financial institutions, payment providers, fintech companies, etc.) to identify amp; assess opportunities, developing product strategies, as well as overseeing product development and implementation.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Execute and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Managing product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem (Financial institutions, Fintech Companies, Payment providers, etc.)
- Analyzing product performance and customer feedback to inform future product decisions
- Delivering the business cases, commercial model, scope and requirements documents, use-case documentation
- Act as primary liaison with Ramp;D during the development lifecycle
- Assist on the roll out phase by providing any necessary effort to company stakeholders (marketing, sales etc.) in order any product to achieve maximum market penetration
- Staying up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Product Management qualifications
- Experience in working in technology implementation projects with Greek Financial institutions and fintech ecosystem
Your Qualifications amp; Skills
- Finance or Payment Industry experience
- Experience in developing new products and solutions
- Proven ability to align business strategy to software requirements
- Experience in requirements gathering and relationship building
- Proven experience working with Software Engineering teams to collaboratively deliver working software
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems and communicate effectively with technical specialists.
- Proven capacity to balance your work across multiple projects/work streams while still meeting deadlines
