We are looking for a Purchasing Controller to manage our suppliers' invoices and fixed cost purchases. Purchasing Controller responsibilities include updating order records (check amp; data entry), tracking purchases and researching new vendors based on our needs. If you’re familiar with supply chain procedures and know how to monitor order records and make cost-effective purchases, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Check suppliers' invoices and monitor suppliers' balances
- Maintain updated records of invoices (data entry in ERP system) and contracts
- Manage several purchases (e.g. car leasing, mobile phones, equipment)
- Research potential vendors
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Requirements
- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g. Entersoft, Softone)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Solid organizational skills
- BSc in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field
