Senior Product Manager (Solutions Delivery)

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Product Manager to join our Solutions Delivery team; a new team that is mandated with rapid development of business critical software solutions, tools and features.
The role is responsible to guide the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet critical business needs and facilitate core operational processes, drive innovation through deep understanding of Dialectica business processes and creatively ideating smart fast-to-market solutions oriented approach.
You and your team will have a strong bias towards action and be able to break down complex problems into working solutions and enable fast-paced implementation (whether that be through no-code solutions, in-house development or external development resources). This position will require a mix of good product sense and an executional mindset with strong project management skills.
As the Senior Solutions Product Manager in Dialectica you will:
- Lead the design and rollout of key initiatives that are aimed to add immediate value to our users using a pareto (80/20) approach
- Manage internal and external development resources to develop solutions
- Balance your time between product and project management leading the design amp; execution lifecycle of key initiatives
- Develop deep understanding of operational processes across the business and find ways to add value through technology solutions
- Partner with internal teams in order to understand their workflow and enable them to deliver a best-in-class service to our users
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven working experience in creating technology solutions to solve business problems
- Strong experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Willingness to get into operational details to understand user workflows and to design solutions
- Excitement to build a motivated team of solution oriented team members that will drive accelerated routes to technology solutions for the business
- Ability to enable effective collaboration between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- A strong problem solving skillset with the ability to create shortcuts that generate good enough solutions
- Comfort with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and data-driven thinking
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely and tailor your message to your audience
- Fluency in English is a must

About the Tech Team
Technology powers everything we do at Dialectica from communicating with clients and finding the most relevant expert profiles in just a few minutes to indexing and categorizing thousands of pieces of information every day. To do so, we are building our own proprietary web application that automates and optimizes the delivery of our market leading services.
To date, the team consists of 40+ people across software engineering, product amp; design, techops, and is expected to double by the end of the year. Being part of Dialectica’s Technology Team you will have the opportunity to help rebuild the tech product according to the requirement of our internal and external clients and share the company’s vision to roll out more information services software products in the future.
