We are an Athens-based company among a handful of our kind on a global scale, building Travelr an innovative cloud-based SaaS providing a next-gen travel management system.
Travelr sources data from multiple sources in the global industry, consolidating tens of thousands of flight, accommodation and ferry providers while expanding to other travel service providers offering a seamless option comparison and booking system. Our product serves both the B2B as well as the B2C market, with customers spanning from multinational corporations and SMEs to travel agencies and tour operators catering to their ever-growing travel and cost-control needs. What We Are Looking For
You are an experienced and goal-oriented Software Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and DevOps processes, lead testing efforts and contribute to continuous improvement and automation of testing as well as develop our core application (mostly backend). You know how to roll up your sleeves. We like systems that run well, but when things don’t go as planned we support each other. Your contribution will be of high importance and virtue for our team and you will be valued as such.
Requirements
- In-depth practical experience working on AWS (VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3), CI/CD, Server Configuration, Monitoring and Alerting infrastructure
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Python and popular frameworks like Django/Flask.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ansible, Sentry, Github
- React or other Front End Experience
- Experience in the travel industry
