As a Guest Experience Coordinator you are responsible to facilitate the guest’s arrival and departure by streamlining the communication and operation among the Front Office and other departments. Also, to arrange all guest activities, ensuring our guest’s stay will become a memorable experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office or customer facing role.
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Effective Communication
- Fluent in English
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation

- Minimum experience in hospitality 2 years
