Requirements

We are looking for a technical support Account Manager responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing Atypon customers. The role is unique in its combination of technical expertise and relationship building and helps our customers get the most of their online publishing platform. Helping with bugs, triaging change requests, and liaising with engineers round out the position.

How you will make an impact:

  • Ensure new and existing work from customers is handled within Atypon’s KPIs
  • Working with customers to better understand and use the capabilities of the custom software platform, Literatum
  • Effectively communicate between engineers and customers for accuracy and clarity


We are looking for:

  • Technical, or technical-minded with experience or familiarity with the publishing industry
  • Independent worker who can integrate smoothly into different team structures
  • Experienced in customer engagement and relationship management
  • Familiarity with XML, CSS, HTML a plus
