We are currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Generalist to join BIOIATRIKI’s HR team in Thessaloniki. The incumbent will support a broad spectrum of HR duties in relation to the company’s activities in Thessaloniki.

The role reports to the HRBP in Thessaloniki.

Role

  • Act as the main point of contact in company’s Secondary Healthcare division in all key HR aspects such as resourcing, learning, development, employee relations, rewards etc.
  • Full responsibility of recruitment process for all related roles (Medical doctors amp; employees)
  • Liaise with the division head and line managers/supervisors to support the daily HR business
  • Ensure that all HR policies are executed and consult all relevant stakeholders towards its implementation
  • Participate in the Performance Management Process
  • Close cooperation with the Learning amp; Development team to implement all the necessary activities
  • Support various HR areas depending on business/department needs (health amp; safety, HR Internal communication, organization development, etc)
  • Participates in various HR projects and in policies update
  • Act as a trustworthy partner and provide high quality service to all relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an organized HR department
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Ability to interact positively with employees at all levels
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Experience in SAP ERP Environment will be considered an asset
  • Ability for problem solving, conflict resolution, motivation and negotiation
