Data Business Analyst

• Audits, cleans, maintains data quality in Data Warehouse and Production DB, making sure that data collection processes are followed by all relevant departments (CRS, B2B, Sales, FO), assuring data quality for reporting.
• Extracts, transforms, automates data from databases and other platforms to create reports for internal clients (Samp;M, Executive team, BoD, CRS, etc)
• Designs new, refreshes amp; improves existing reports and dashboards on a schedule, meeting deadlines and assuring the accuracy of the data reported
• Responds to ad hoc requests from internal clients on data-related issues in a professional and timely manner
• Researches and gathers competition, flight data and other hospitality-related topics of interest in order to enrich standard and ad-hoc reporting processes with actionable insights
• Communicates internally (other departments) and externally (agencies, third party collaborators) to resolve problems or help implement new projects

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor
• Certificate: Finance, Data Analysis, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics
• Tools: English, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL, Data Warehouse, Data Modelling, Python, R, ORACLE DB, Tableau
• 3-5 years minimum working experience as an Analyst, in the area of Business amp; Market Analysis, Analytics, Customer Insights, with preference on the Hospitality sector
