We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic professional to join the Blueground Treasury team as a Senior Treasury Associate. This position will contribute to the company's success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations with a highlighted focus on the expansion strategy. The Senior Treasury Associate will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, including assistance with the development of cash management banking solutions, bank relations, and corporate financing reporting. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative team and serve as a liaison to all business units and external bank partners.

What you will focus on:

  • Manage and monitor corporate credit cards across the group
  • Support Treasurer on tracking, modeling, and reporting all financing cash flows (corporate bonds, loan agreements, bank loans, furniture leasing) along with their interest and principal payback schedules
  • Support monthly and other ad hoc preparation of documentation for various forms of corporate financing
  • Maintain existing suite of monthly financial reports and prepare finance forecast exercises
  • Support Treasurer on reviewing bank offers, term sheets, finance documentation, investment proposals
  • Manage and administer day-to-day functions of a bank (authorization, ACH authorization forms, ACH return forms, wire investigation etc)
  • Determine structure of new bank accounts and maintain banking infrastructure
  • Support KYC documentation required by existing and future bank partners/financial institutions
  • Manage the reporting of the Group’s cash balances
  • Manage and monitor the Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees globally
  • Run cost-benefit analyses for new payment providers and lead the setup of the new corporate accounts
  • Support Treasurer to cash pooling process
  • Support to audit procedures globally regarding Treasury matters

What we are looking for:

  • BA/BS in finance or other fields (business or quantitative). A Master's degree/Treasury Certification will be considered a plus
  • 3+ years of proven structure finance experience in a bank, advisory firm, or large organization with similar responsibilities; international experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is essential. Other languages will be considered a plus
  • Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skill-set
  • Proficient ability to follow through on processes from start to finish
  • Ambition and eagerness to learn and thrive; self-motivated
  • An excellent team player (you are able to manage/lead communication with multiple teams across groups)
