We are looking to hire an experienced and senior Product (Development) Manager who is passionate about building products that customers tend to love, working alongside with our Ramp;D team.
The Product Manager is deeply involved in the continuous improvement and systems improvement processes across new and existing product/features' development.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Own the overall product strategy, roadmap and implementation
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for the next 1, 3 and 5 years
- Create buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key external partners
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work with the teams to develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Work closely with marketing, sales and customer success teams to transform market and customer needs into product features
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Collaborate closely with product owners into agile teams
- Participate in critical daily stand-ups to drive sprints to successful conclusion and meet expected timelines
- Participate in release post mortems and contribute to overall process improvement
- Prioritize feature requests amp; wish list items to deliver the correct features to the market
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Requirements
- MS/BS degree in Business management, Technology, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS business, mainly for large enterprises
- Experience in working with software, Ramp;D and technology teams to develop software products and services
- Good understanding of the user experience and design's dimensions
- Familiarity with the life sciences (pharma and medtech) software market
- Exposure in the global tender or revenue management software market will be considered as a strong plus
- Worked on "data rich" products, with a focus on analytics and leveraging data to drive global business growth
- Excellent team player able to work with global - cross functional teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Desired proficiency within Salesforce
- Familiarity with Enterprise applications/modules: CRM, e-Commerce, Revenue/billing systems technologies
