Technical IPTV Installation and Support Engineer

Job Description
MCOMS is looking for a skilled engineer with strong IT and IPTV technical background to join our installation and technical support team in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Installation, configuration and integration of MCOM HOTstream IPTV, Video on demand, Mobile and Digital Signage solutions for MCOMS customers.
Provide 2nd level technical support services for MCOMS customer base as per company’s policies and procedures.
Manage customer complaints and requests.
Prepare reports and documentation in cooperation with other departments (Product Development / Presales / Content)
Requirements
Technical knowledge in IP Network infrastructure amp; technologies (Cisco,Aruba)
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 Operating systems
Strong customer care skills focusing on customer satisfaction
Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to handle and solve technical problems, attention to detail
Strong team player, good communication skills.
Ability to travel in Greece and Europe up to 20% per year for short duration company projects on customers sites.
Technical Background
BSc Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
Certification in networking from Cisco, (CCNA or CCNP) or equivalent proven hands-on working experience (2-3 years)
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
