What we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic, dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team and make sure that the appropriate operational procedures are in place. As an Operations Coordinator you will coordinate our fast growing team of Drivers and ensure an excellent and smooth operational flow.

In this role, no day is the same and there’s always something to do. As such, your key superpowers are adaptability, self-motivation and self drive to success.

In this position you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed customer expectations by ensuring Drivers are set up for success to deliver customer orders on time at the right place.

Examples of your daily tasks

  • Assist in Drivers check in and check out process
  • Allocate vehicles to drivers
  • Use tools like Upkeep or Google Sheets to monitor and update our fleet’s availability and status
  • Assist in the warehouse traffic management plan and execution
  • Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, HR and Dispatch/Support teams to receive and keep track of Drivers' assessment
  • Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

Requirements

Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Prior experience in the Logistics industry is considered a strong plus
